The Window Station or http://www.sanfranciscowindowstation.com/ was a complex design in HTML that was converted to CMS (content management system) and simplified considerably with a better user interface that focuses the viewer to the product for a faster conversion rate and easier access to the end client. The design was in keeping with the previous look but streamlined the content into content segments that the user can call up within the same page without cluttering the design with a large amount of text.
In the world of information overload, we find that large bodies of text tend to dull the viewer and they don’t read it. So to allow for the same content we section the text into smaller digestible sections that are viewable upon a click of the mouse. This allows the simple site design to convert more clients and keep the client focused without the confusion of too many contextual stimuli. This website was again redesigned 01/2019 to reflect the consumer move to mobile first.
