[wptab name=”Custom vs Canned”]Is it more important to you to have an image (photo editing) the best represents what you are trying to convey or do you want to use an image that misses the mark? Custom images created by Hunter Graphics targets your demographics and compels your demographic target audience to use your goods and services.[/wptab] [wptab name=”A Reflection on You”]Your image should leave a positive impression of your business and your professionalism. If your image design is not well thought out or difficult to read, potential customers may be dissuaded from calling your business. Even poor color choices can send them to your competitors. A bad image, even though it seemed to be a bargain, can cost a fortune in lost business. On the other hand, a thought image will pay for itself many times over. [/wptab] [wptab name=”More Considerations”]Is your current image high resolution so that you can use it in both digital and print? If not then you are missing the value of working with a professional who would understand and convey the value of cross-media marketing and what it can do for you. Did your logo designer create it only to be used on a website? Does it work in other media forms like a business card or even a billboard in the Flemington, NJ area? Most inexpensive logos are made for only one type of use without considering how they will appear in other media applications. For example, a bitmap logos will work adequately in the original dimensions but become fuzzy when enlarged for a poster, banner, or billboard. Also, shrinking a bigger but poorly drawn logo to a business card size can be an Illegible disaster.

Think of your website like building a house. The design is the blueprint of how it will look. It is easy to change the layout while in the blueprint or design. When the framers start building the house/website you don’t want to say, hey, I don’t like where that staircase is and please move that bow window. It is much more difficult at that stage to do those things. The pictures and text may change but the basic geometry and color of the website are far more difficult to change at that stage. You would have to go back to the designer and then back to the builder (developer), essentially starting over. So, work with your website designer at Hunter Graphics to design a website that best represents your business and after approval of the design, let the developer do their work and be pleased with your outcome.
